By requesting, engaging, or utilizing any services offered by Amazon Attestation & Documents Clearing LLC (“Company”), the Client (“you”, “your”, “customer”) hereby agrees, acknowledges, and declares acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”).
By continuing to avail of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all policies herein, including service procedures, liability limitations, rejection fees, refund rules, and document retention provisions.
-1. No Guarantee of Approval
1.1-The Company performs document processing, attestation, legalization, translation coordination, and related administrative services in accordance with UAE and international procedures.
1.2 The Client expressly understands and agrees that the following authorities hold exclusive and absolute discretion regarding approval, rejection, processing timelines, additional requirements, or acceptance of documents:

Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA / MOFAIC)”

All foreign embassies and consulates
-
UAE Courts and judicial departments
-
UAE Ministry of Justice
-
UAE Ministry of Education
-
Chambers of Commerce
-
Immigration, free zone, and government licensing authorities

Any other competent local or international regulatory body
1.3 The Company does not warrant, guarantee, or assure any outcome, approval, timeline, or acceptance of any document or application. All determinations are exclusively made by the relevant authority.
2. Processing Time Disclaimer
2.1 All timelines provided by the Company are estimates only and shall not be deemed contractual guarantees.
2.2 Processing timelines may vary due to factors including but not limited to:

UAE and international public holidays
-
Government or embassy closures
-
System or platform downtime
-
Technical errors or system updates
-
Submission volume or peak periods
-
Additional verification, security checks, or special clearance
-
Delays beyond the Company’s control
2.3 The Company shall not be held liable for any delay, rescheduling, disruption, or extension caused by external authorities or third-party service providers.
3. Client Document Responsibility & Compliance
3.1 The Client hereby represents, warrants, and covenants that:

All documents submitted are original, valid, genuine, and unaltered.

All personal information, spellings, dates, and details are accurate and complete.
-
No document provided is forged, expired, manipulated, or fraudulent.
3.2
If the Company reasonably suspects irregularity, non-authenticity, illegality, or fraud, the Company reserves the unconditional right to:

Refuse or discontinue service, with no refund, and
-
Report the matter to competent UAE authorities if legally required.
3.3
The Client bears full responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of all submissions.
4. Government, Embassy & Third-Party Fees
4.1 All fees charged by government bodies, embassies, courts, translation partners, payment processors, or other third parties are:

Fully determined by the external authority

Subject to change without prior notice
-
Non-refundable once processed
4.2 The Company shall not be liable for any:

Fee revisions or fluctuations
-
Additional requirements by authorities
-
Supplementary charges imposed by third parties
-
Delay or fluctuation of Processing timelines
5. Courier, Pickup & Delivery – Limitation of Liability
5.1 Although the Company utilizes reputable courier service providers and exercises reasonable care in selection, the Company shall not be responsible or liable for:

Delays caused by the courier
-
Loss, damage, or misplacement during transit
-
Failed delivery due to Client unavailability
-
Incorrect delivery due to Client-provided errors
5.2 The Client is strongly advised to maintain digital copies of all documents before submission.
6. Legal Translation Policy
6.1 The Company uses UAE-approved legal translation providers; however, acceptance of translated documents is solely at the discretion of:

UAE Courts and Judiciary

Embassies and Consulates
-
Immigration and Licensing Authorities

Ministry of Justice
-
Any other reviewing authority
6.2 Once the Client approves or confirms the translation draft, no changes may be made.
6.3 Any revision requested after finalization shall constitute a new service, subject to new fees.
7. Communication & Instruction Validity
7.1 The Company shall act only on Client instructions received through any of the following:

Official company email
-
WhatsApp business channels
-
Signed service request forms
-
In-person office requests
7.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss, error, or delay resulting from unclear, incomplete, or unverified Client instructions.
8. Service Fee Charges — In Case of Rejection
8.1If any document or application is rejected by an authority, the Company retains the right to charge fixed operational fees covering:

Administrative processing

Staff time and handling
-
Communication expenses
-
Office operational overheads
-
Bank and merchant transaction charges

8.3 These fees are Company operational charges and not government or embassy fees.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 Refunds apply only to internal Company service fees and only if:

Work has not commenced, or
-
Service cannot proceed due to Company limitations or internal reasons
9.2 Refunds exclude all charges listed under Clauses 4 and 8.
9.3 Refund requests must be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of rejection or confirmation that the service cannot proceed.

10. No Legal Advisory
10.1 The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
10.2 Any information provided via email, phone, WhatsApp, or verbally is strictly informational and must not be considered legal guidance.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law, the Company shall not be liable for:

Rejection or failure of approval by any authority
-
Visa, travel, or immigration delays or consequences
-
Missed personal deadlines or obligations
-
Losses resulting from delayed or rejected documents
-
Documents not collected within permitted periods
11.2
If and only if proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company, and except where liability cannot be excluded under UAE law, it is strictly limited to the amount of the Company’s internal service fee paid by the Client.
12. Document Collection & Retention Limits
12.1 Local UAE Document Collection
The Client shall collect all original Local UAE documents within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the Company issues a service completion notice (via email or WhatsApp).
12.2 Company Discretion to Retain
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, continue to hold uncollected Local UAE documents for a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the service completion date.
12.3 International Document Collection Period
The Client shall collect all original international documents or embassy-related submissions within three (3) calendar months (90 days) from the date the Company issues a service completion notice.
12.4 Automatic Termination of Custody Duty
Subject to Clauses 11 and 15, and except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law, upon the lapse of the respective custody periods:

Local UAE documents after 1 month, and
-
International documents after 3 months,
the Company’s custodial responsibility shall automatically and immediately terminate, and the Company shall bear no liability or obligation for:
-
loss, misplacement, damage, secure disposal, destruction, delay, denial of claims, travel disruption, visa, immigration, regulatory consequences, financial or reputational impact, or any direct or indirect damages incurred by the Client.
12.5 Waiver and Release of Claims
The Client hereby irrevocably waives, discharges, and releases the Company from any past, current, or future:
-
claim(s), complaint(s), compensation demand(s), dispute(s), or legal action(s)
arising from original documents not collected or claimed after the expiry of the mandatory collection timeframes, as stated above, to the extent permitted under applicable UAE law.
12.6 Secure Disposal and Record Closure
The Client acknowledges that uncollected original documents beyond the allowed periods may be subject to company-mandated secure archiving, disposal, shredding, or destruction, where legally permissible, without further notice, demand, or liability to the Client.
12.7 Authorized Representative Collection
Where documents are collected by a person other than the Client, the authorized representative must present:

Valid original ID (Passport or Emirates ID), and
-
A signed authorization letter or acknowledgment form issued by the Client.
12.8 Right to Refuse Release
The Company reserves the absolute right to withhold or refuse document handover or release if identity or authorization cannot be adequately verified.
12.9 Release of Documents Before Full Payment
If any document is mistakenly released or handed over to the Client before full payment of all service fees, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

The Client remains fully liable to pay all remaining or outstanding balances.

The early release of documents shall not be interpreted as a waiver, discount, or cancellation of any pending amount.

Failure to settle the balance authorizes the Company to file legal action, initiate civil claims, or pursue collection through UAE courts.
-
All associated legal, court, and recovery costs shall be borne by the Client.
12.10 Loss of Documents – Liability Limitations
A. No Liability When Loss Occurs Without Company Fault
Except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law, if a document is lost, misplaced, damaged, or delayed without the Company's fault — including but not limited to courier mishandling, government agency issues, external service providers, or Client error — the Company bears no liability for any resulting loss or consequence.
B. Limited Liability When Loss Occurs Due to Company Error
If it is conclusively proven, and except where higher liability is mandatorily imposed under applicable UAE law, that the document was lost solely due to the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct, the Company’s maximum liability shall be strictly capped at:
AED 1,000 (One Thousand Dirhams Only)
This limit applies regardless of the document purpose, value, or resulting impact.
C. Mandatory Client Cooperation
In any document loss situation, whether or not the Company is at fault, the Client agrees to fully cooperate by:

Following all replacement procedures required by the issuing authority
-
Submitting necessary affidavits, police reports, or forms
-
Bearing all external costs charged by government entities, embassies, or ministries for reissuance or replacement
12.11 Late Collection Charge After Expiry of Collection Period
If the Client fails to collect any document within the official collection periods (1 month for Local UAE documents, 3 months for International documents) and later requests retrieval:
A mandatory AED 300 late collection fee shall apply
(Applies equally to Local and International documents)
This fee covers storage, retrieval, administrative efforts, and document handling after the deadline.
Exceptions (fee may be waived upon valid proof):

Death

Accident or medical incapacity

Force majeure

Police case or detention

Any verified exceptional circumstance
The approval of exceptions shall remain fully at the Company’s discretion.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE laws.
Jurisdiction lies with the competent Courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE.
14. Client Confirmation & Agreement
By engaging our services, the Client confirms that:

They have read, understood, and accepted all terms and policies

They acknowledge full responsibility for document authenticity
-
They accept refund, rejection, and retention rules
-
They agree to bear applicable bank and card processing charges
15. Post-Completion No-Claim Policy
15.1 Upon issuance of a service completion notice by the Company, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that the service has been fully and satisfactorily delivered in accordance with the agreed scope of service.
15.2 The Client irrevocably waives the right to raise, initiate, or pursue any refund request, chargeback, bank dispute, compensation claim, or reimbursement of any kind after the service completion notification has been issued, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company, as finally determined by a competent court of law in the United Arab Emirates, and subject always to mandatory consumer protection laws of the UAE.
15.3 Subject to Clause 15.2 and Clause 11, the Company shall bear no responsibility or liability for any post-completion consequences, including but not limited to rejection, delay, non-acceptance, or additional requirements imposed by any authority, embassy, institution, or third-party body.
16. Mandatory Minimum Payment Requirement
16.1 A minimum payment of seventy percent (70%) of the total service fee must be paid prior to initiation of services.
16.2 For digitally issued or online-submitted documents, a minimum advance payment of eighty percent (80%) shall apply. Where multiple rules apply, the higher advance payment shall prevail.
17. Non-Refundable Fees
17.1 The Client acknowledges and agrees that the following fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, irrespective of approval, rejection, delay, or outcome by any authority:
• Administrative and operational service fees
• Amazon Documents Clearing charges
• Bank and merchant fees
• MOFA, embassy, and government fees
• Legal translation fees
• Courier charges
• Typing and data entry charges
• Urgent service fees
• Any step already completed or processed
17.2 All such fees represent costs incurred by the Company and remain fully payable and non-refundable regardless of external authority results or decisions.
18. GENERAL LEGAL & ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS
18.1 Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, system outages, pandemics, strikes, embargoes, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, or authority closures.
18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18.3 Amendments & Updates
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms, policies, or service rules at any time.
Updated versions shall be effective upon publication on the Company’s website, unless otherwise required by UAE law.
Continued use of services after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and SLA, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or communications, whether written or oral.
18.5 Electronic Consent & Digital Approvals
The Client expressly agrees that approvals, confirmations, instructions, and acknowledgments provided through WhatsApp, email, SMS, online forms, digital checkboxes, or electronic payment confirmation shall constitute valid, binding, and enforceable consent under UAE law.
Such electronic communications shall be admissible as evidence before UAE courts.
18.6 Language Precedence
These Terms may be issued in English and Arabic.
In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy, the Arabic version shall prevail for all legal and judicial purposes, in accordance with UAE law.
18.7 VAT, Pricing & Tax Clarity
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
VAT shall be applied in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
Any government or third-party fee increases, VAT adjustments, or regulatory charges shall be borne by the Client.
18.8 Consent to Communication
The Client expressly consents to receive service-related communications, updates, notices, invoices, reminders, and confirmations via:

WhatsApp

SMS
-
Email
-
Phone calls
This consent applies for the duration of the service relationship and does not affect the Client’s rights under UAE data protection laws.
18.9 Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude, restrict, or limit any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable UAE Federal or Emirate-level consumer protection laws.

SERVICE-LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
This Service-Level Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions under which Amazon Attestation & Documents Clearing LLC (“Company”) shall provide services to the Client (“Client”).
1. Scope of Services
1.1 The Company shall provide the following services:

1.1.2 Embassy Legalization
1.1.3 Legal Translation
1.1.4 Visa Typing & PRO Services
1.1.5 Certified True Copies
1.1.6 Pickup & Delivery
1.1.7 Business Set Up
2. Estimated Service Timelines
2.1 The estimated timelines for the services are as follows:
2.1.1 MOFA Attestation: 1–3 working days
2.1.2 Embassy Attestation: 3–10 working days
2.1.3 Translation: 4–24 working hours
2.1.4 Visa Typing: Same day (subject to immigration approval)
2.1.5 Certified True Copies: Same day (Express Service)
2.1.6 Pickup & Delivery: Same day (Express Service)
2.1.7 Business Set Up: 1–14 working days
3. Service Availability
3.1 Customer support shall be available during the following hours:
3.1.1 08:00 AM – 09:00 PM (UAE Time)
3.1.2 Via Phone, WhatsApp, and Email
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 The Client shall:
4.1.1 Provide accurate, complete, and original documents.
4.1.2 Pay all applicable fees as required.
4.1.3 Respond promptly to any requests for clarification or additional information.
5. Company Responsibilities
5.1 The Company shall:
5.1.1 Process all documents in a prompt and professional manner.
5.1.2 Maintain the confidentiality of all Client information.
5.1.3 Provide updates to the Client when necessary.
5.1.4 Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulatory procedures.
6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any delays or failures in service resulting from:
6.1.1 Government offices or authorities
6.1.2 Embassies or consulates
6.1.3 Public holidays
6.1.4 Unexpected closures
6.1.5 Courier or delivery delays
This limitation is subject to Clause 11 and Clause 15 of the Company’s Terms & Conditions.
7. Payment for Digitally Issued Documents
7.1 For digitally issued documents, the Client shall remit eighty percent (80%) of the total service fee prior to the initiation, processing, or issuance of the document.
7.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend, withhold, or delay any service until the required advance payment has been received in full.
7.3 Failure to provide the advance payment may result in cancellation of the request without liability on the part of the Company.
8. Governing Law
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE.
Disclaimer: These document collection limits constitute internal custodial and operational policies of the Company. They shall not be construed, interpreted, or represented as processing requirements mandated by any UAE government department, embassy, consulate, judicial body, or licensing authority. All government entities may set their own documentation standards, independent of the Company’s internal practices.
